SAFECO FIELD - (BASEBALL GAME)

It's a new experience for me to watch a baseball game live. The field was so large. Many Americans were so enthusiastic to watch the game.

 After watching the game, my Instructor asked me to write an Essay about why people should or should not go to a baseball game. 

Below, you will read mine :)

People Should not Go to

 A Baseball Game

Baseball is one of popular sports in the United States. However, I believe that everyone should not go  to a baseball game.

There are many reasons why people should not do that. First, baseball is not the most popular sport in the world. Even though it has million of fans in the United States, baseball still lags behind professional football.  So, in my point of view, people better go to watch football rather than baseball game.

The second reason is that baseball game is not easy to understand. People who live in the United states come from many kinds of different countries. Each person has her own popular sport in her country. So, when those people go to a baseball game, they will find difficulties in understanding the game. Moreover it happens when they go to a baseball game for the first time. In short, it will waste money and time as well.

The last reason is about the atmosphere in the baseball field. Even though people yell and cheer in supporting their favorite team in baseball game, I keep thinking that baseball game is not interesting. Why? Because the space to play the game is limited. When we watch a baseball game, we will be in a very large field. However, when we see the space for the players, we can only see a narrow spot on the corner of the field. Not everyone in the field can watch the game clearly. It is different from football for example, where all people can see the players running to the whole field. So, how can we say baseball is interesting if only a few parts of the  spectators can see the game properly?

Finally, based on the reasons as follows : it is not the most popular sport even in the United States,  it wastes money and time, and  it is also not very interesting, I conclude that people should not go to a baseball game.
